Lethal Weapon 2 [HD DVD]

Riggs wows the pretties of a hotel spa before getting to Getz. Murtaugh receives bad bodywork news from an auto repairman after his beleaguered station wagon sees some Riggs-piloted street action. Plus, feisty Leo shares a newly included scene in which he recalls a suspect's address by complex spins of numbers that, well, no one can tell it like Leo. And no one would follow his lead but Riggs and Murtaugh. It's police procedure, Lethal style. And it's yours to enjoy as the duo draws a bead on criminals hiding behind diplomatic immunity.

(George D. Seitz, 2009-06-26) I received Lethal Weapon 2 as part of a series, and really enjoyed watching the whole series, one after another. The Blu-Ray format brought out more of the movie's depth, and was a very good performance.

(D. Sun, 2009-05-23) Riggs and Murtaugh. Those eighties cop movies and cop buddy movies were great and few duos were better than Gibson and Glover as the odd couple pair of cops who start out hating each other, but grow into the best of friends as the series progressed. This second Lethal Weapon was just about as good as the first with several memorable scenes and moments. They sometimes blur together now, but I believe this one had the classic surfboard scene, the incredibly hot short haired blonde, and the racist South Africans. Diplomatic immunity? Well worth seeing and a great action film.

(john m mozuke, 2008-12-28) This one had a lot of what made the first one good (action and violence) but it got a little too preachy (dolphins and South Africa) and a little too Three Stooges buddy buddy goofy ha ha for me. Mel hams it up so bad that it is really obnoxious and takes away from the movie. And he and Danny Glover have developed a homoerotic love fest between them for this one. The villians are still good and the violence and action are still exciting and also the hot chick that of course is drawn to Mullet Gibson at first sight is also hot and nude in one scene. Aparently Mullet must be on Lexapro or Lamictal in this one cause he is no longer wanting to blow his brains out but still just acts like and obnoxious blabber mouth who is trying to be the biggest ham on the police force.

(Sara D. Carpenter, 2008-08-17) I have all of the Lethal Weapon movies & they're all great! Action packed movies that will make you laugh,make you cry & keep you on the edge of your seat. Mel Gibson & Danny Glover are both great actors that work magnificently together & seem to have a great working relationship. I don't think that a better duo could've been chosen for this series of movies! They go together like peanut butter & jelly. I'm so glad that these two played in all the movie sequals. It just wouldn't have had the same effect if Gibson & Glover hadn't returned to their roles that they made their own in all the Lethal Weapon movies. These two are definately irreplacable! I highly recommend these movies to anyone & everyone who wants to enjoy a great movie experience. The Lethal Weapon movies are classics in my book.I never get tired of watching them! Where most movie sequals aren't as good as the origional, you won't find that with these movies - they're all great!
