(Molly Geller, 2009-10-17) This season is so great, my sister and I are totally addicted! The episode "Stress Relief" is an extended episode that won an Emmy and you can see why when you watch it. Its nice to have a full season after a short 14-episode season because of the writers strike. Worth the money, and it didn't take long to ship to Australia. I love The Office!
(Eric A. Dugan, 2009-10-16) The Office remains one of the funniest shows on television. The fifth season confirms that. It took some bold steps, but kept within the spirit of the characters. (Only the Superbowl episode is a rare miss.) It also reminds us how a guy like Michael Scott could have been promoted in the first place. He's a clueless man, but an amazing salesman. The DVD extras are hilarious. I will bid $45.01 for Kelly's dance lesson, btw. Another great season!!!
(Jennifer James, 2009-10-13) This is such a funny season. It felt a little off at first, but a few episodes in and they are back in their groove. I was excited to see that so many episodes had extra features like commentaries. However, most of the commentaries are by crew members which was a bummer! I wish the show was still small enough that the stars did the commentaries. They are much funnier special features on previous seasons. Still worth buying though!
(Mr. Gary J. Kelly, 2009-10-12) Love this show. Took me a while to first get into it because I am a die-hard fan of the UK original. Once this U.S version starts writting it's own scripts, after the first season, it holds it's own with characters you love and care about. About this season 5, really great, as good as all the others. My one complaint is they did not include a "bloober reel" and I love watching those at the end of the season. Oh well, not to much to winge about. Go and get a copy for yourself.
